To return your machine:

1. Contact us for a return authorization number
2. Ship the machine back at your expense
3. We will refund the price of the machine and any taxes. We DO NOT refund the cost of the Distributorship or any shipping charges.

Repair Services FREE OF CHARGE with the following conditions:

1. Any product failure is repaired free of charge provided the machine has been used properly.
2. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or operation in contravention to these directions is not covered under the free repair warranty.
3. Free repair is NOT provided even during the warranty period if: a) the machine has been damaged due to dropping and b) the machine was damaged by acts of God such as earthquake, public disturbances, fire, etc.
4. Note: you pay for shipping to the repair facility. The machine is shipped back to you free of charge. So you pay shipping only one way.

HSIN TEN Enterprise USA, Inc. provides a limited express warranty on new Health Machines “Product”, which is purchased by the first user. Please fill out and send in the enclosed warranty registration card. The basic warranty period (listed above) warrants against defects in materials or workmanship. You may purchase an extended warranty for an additional charge at the time of purchase. During the warranty period, HSIN TEN ENTERPRISE USA, INC. will repair or replace the Product, at its sole discretion, at no charge to you. To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the Product freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to HSIN TEN ENTERPRISE USA, INC. at the following address:

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, shipping damage, or modification to the Product or to any part contained therein. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than HSIN TEN ENTERPRISE USA, INC. Consult the written materials accompanying your Product for the safe and proper operation. No distributor of this Product has the authority to change any of the terms or conditions of HSIN TEN ENTERPRISE USA, INC.’s limited express warranty.

Repair or Replacement of the product is the exclusive remedy of the consumer while the limited express warranty is in effect. HSIN TEN ENTERPRISE USA, INC. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, personal injury or other damage. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, the limited express warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty is only valid in the United States, its possessions and territories.
